Global Seattle is a program of CulturaLinks USA (hereby to be referred to as “Global Seattle”) and is a private club which provides events and other benefits to its members.

1. All sales are final. Global Seattle does not provide refunds. Information provided on this site is "as is" with no warranties of any kind. Global Seattle reserves the right to cancel an event at any time for any reason. If an event is canceled, Global Seattle will refund payments associated with the event.

2. Global Seattle, its owners or staff, shall not be liable for any damages of any kind including consequential or incidental damages occurring at Global Seattle events or while traveling to or from Global Seattle events.

3. Members are expected to act in a professional manner at events and online. Members who post flaming comments, post spam, spam other members, or send generic/repetitive emails to multiple members will be terminated and a refund will not be sent.

4. Global Seattle reserves the right to terminate membership at any time. Either party may terminate the membership at any time and for any reason.

5. Global Seattle reserves the right to contact the proper authorities regarding criminal or illegal activity at Global Seattle events.

6. Global Seattle reserves the right to photograph individuals at Global Seattle events and post the pictures on the website, or related websites or promotional materials. By attending Global Seattle events there is a possibility that your picture may be included on our website, or related websites or promotional materials.

7. Global Seattle does not ensure the accuracy of content posted on the Global Seattle website. This Service is available "as is." The company does not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
